fopanel — a platform for managing content and ad campaigns

A subscription platform your company signs up for, whatever your line of business. Your own team connects your accounts on the social platforms and runs your content and campaigns from one place — with your decision at every step.

What the platform does

A single business runs several accounts at once: a Facebook Page, an Instagram account, a TikTok account — each with its own audience and its own season. Managing them by hand means somebody sits down every morning to copy, paste, and compare numbers in four different places.

fopanel is subscription software that brings all of that into one place. The company subscribes, its team creates an account on the platform, and that team connects the company's own social accounts itself through the platform's own authorization screen. From there, the platform gives the team three things:

Preparing content

Designing posts and videos in the customer's own brand identity, writing the Arabic copy, and scheduling it across the days of the week.

Publishing to the accounts

Publishing content the account owner has approved to their own account at its scheduled time, without opening each platform's app separately.

Running campaigns

Creating ad campaigns, setting their budgets and targeting, and tracking spend and results day by day.

Nothing is published without a human approval

This is not an extra feature — it is the rule the platform was built on. A post on a public page cannot be taken back, and an ad campaign spends real money. So:

  • Every piece of content is created as a draft first, and it never leaves that state on its own.
  • The draft reaches the account owner on WhatsApp — the image or video and the full text — before anything is published.
  • It is published only after their explicit approval. They can ask for a change, or reject it and write down why.
  • Ad campaigns are built paused. They only start running after the account owner confirms them with a dedicated code.

Company names and phone numbers never come from AI models. They are read from the business details the company entered itself. This is a locked rule inside the platform, added after a text generation model invented a phone number that did not exist.

Spend caps — checked every hour

The account owner sets a spend cap for each campaign: a duration in days, and an amount it must not exceed. The platform reads the actual spend from the ad platform itself every hour — not from its own internal copy — stops the campaign at whichever cap is reached first, and then notifies them.

They also receive a daily report of what was spent and what it produced, so they never have to open the ads manager just to find out where their campaign stands.

Supported platforms

The platform integrates with the official APIs of each network. It uses no unofficial route to reach any account — no user passwords, no browser-automation tools, no scraping.

How a user connects their account

Through the network's own authorization screen — not through us. The steps are the same on every network:

  1. The user clicks "Connect your account" in their own dashboard on the platform, or scans a QR code with their phone.
  2. The network takes them to its own screen, which shows them exactly which permissions are being requested.
  3. If they agree, it returns them to the platform with a temporary code, which is exchanged for an access token that is stored encrypted.
  4. They can withdraw that permission at any time — from their dashboard with us, from their account settings on the network itself, or by writing to us. Full details here.

We never ask anyone for a password, and we do not accept one. If somebody sends us theirs, we do not use it. The only route to any account is the platform's own authorization screen.

What we store

What the service needs to run, and nothing beyond it. The full detail is in the privacy policy; here is the summary:

  • The access token and refresh token — both encrypted, and never shown in any log or interface.
  • The account ID, its display name, and its picture — so the platform can show the user that they connected the right account.
  • Content prepared inside the platform, and a record of what was published and when.
  • General performance figures: views, engagement, spend, results.

We do not store users' private messages or their follower lists, we do not sell any data to anyone, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who uses the platform

Any business with a presence on the social platforms: online stores, restaurants, clinics, real estate offices, travel and tourism companies, and professional service providers. The platform assumes no particular industry — you enter your own business details and brand identity, and it works on those.
