data deletion

Delete your data and revoke access

Two routes: revoke access yourself in seconds, or ask us to delete everything. Both are always available, and both are free.

Last updated: 9 September 2026

Route one — revoke access yourself

This is the fastest route, and it does not depend on us replying. The moment you revoke access, all publishing and all reading from that account stop immediately.

From your dashboard on our platform

Sign in to your dashboard, go to Settings → Connected accounts, and click "Disconnect account" next to the account you want. Its access token is deleted immediately.

From the platform's own settings

Every platform lets you remove connected apps directly from its own settings:

PlatformPath
TikTok TikTok app → Profile → Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Manage app permissions → select the app → Revoke access
Facebook facebook.com/settings?tab=applications → select the app → Remove
Instagram Settings → Accounts Center → Apps and websites → Active → Remove
YouTube / Google https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions → select the app → Remove access
Snapchat Settings → Connected Apps → select the app → Revoke
X x.com/settings/connected_apps → select the app → Revoke access

Revoking access on its own does not erase what we already hold. It stops access immediately, and we then delete the data tied to that account automatically within 30 days. If you want it deleted right away, use route two.

Route two — ask us to delete it

Write to us either way below, and include the following so we can verify the request and act on it from your first message:

What the request needs to contain

  1. Your company name, or your username on our platform.
  2. The platform and the account in question — or "all accounts".
  3. The scope of the request: the data for one specific connected account, or your entire Full Option account.
  4. The email address or WhatsApp number registered with us — so we can confirm the request is really from you.

What happens after you ask

StepTiming
We confirm we received your requestWithin one business day
We verify the request really came from youWithin two business days
We carry out the deletion and send written confirmationWithin 7 calendar days of the request
Automatic deletion after access is revoked, with no requestWithin 30 calendar days
Removal from encrypted backupsWithin 90 days, following the backup cycle

What gets deleted — and what stays

Deleted

  • Access tokens and refresh tokens for every connected account.
  • The account ID, its display name, and its profile picture.
  • Everything we received from the platform APIs: post lists, comments, performance figures.
  • Content prepared inside the platform, drafts, and the approval history.
  • Your brand data: logo, colors, and contact numbers.

Stays — for specific reasons

  • Posts that were actually published to your account — these are yours and live on your own account, not with us. Delete them from the platform itself if you want them gone.
  • Billing records and invoices — commercial law requires us to keep these for a set period.
  • Anonymized security logs — with no identifier that ties them back to you.

Deleting your data with us does not delete your posts from the social platforms. A post that went out to your account has become part of it, and it is deleted from the platform itself. If a post is deleted or edited on the platform, however, we delete or update it on our side as well, as soon as we can.

Deleting the whole account

If you want to end your subscription and remove every trace of yourself from our side, say so explicitly in your request with the words "delete the whole account". We will disconnect every connected account, delete everything listed above, and — before the deletion — send you a copy of your content if you ask for it.

This action cannot be undone.
